The Sacred Cacao Ceremony involves eating cacao, as well as a combination of breathwork, dance/movement, meditation/stillness, maybe a walk in the woods, a shamanic journey, or whatever else the Great Spirit guides us to do.

Sacred Cacao opens and nurtures the heart chakra.  Cacao is traditionally known as a gentle, feminine mother who helps remove blocks on energetic, physical, and emotional levels. I am fortunate enough to be able to get ceremony grade, raw, organic Guatemalan Cacao direct from the source.  Cacao is basically chocolate in its most raw, pure, and nutritious form.  It is a sacred food known as ‘Food of the Gods’ that has been used in Meso-America for thousands of years in ceremonies and for its medicinal properties.

"I was experiencing a creative block and needed a way to find new inspiration. I experienced a Sacred Cacao Ceremony with Lezlie and it gave me a new perspective and creativity. It was such an invigorating experience in a safe space that allows you to feel your feelings and work through any roadblocks."

"The Sacred Cacao Ceremony is a morning I’ll never forget. Lezlie’s presence is so strong and comforting that I felt completely comfortable being vulnerable to the experience. It truly helped me embark on a new chapter of my life and the wisdom she shared gave me the courage to follow through with hard decisions. I wholeheartedly recommend the Sacred Cacao Ceremony to anyone staring at a fork in the road. (Sidenote: The cacao tastes amazing!)"
